Public bookmarks

I have been using Scuttle for semi-public bookmarks since 2007-05-28, and now it has been moved to links.fealdia.org. I may consider replacing it with another software at some point, due to the fact that the development seems to have stagnated somewhat and the project lead seems to be wary of accepting patches from others. One possible alternative is GetBoo which seems to have more features but seemed quite buggy and less usable in initial testing. Hopefully both projects will improve in the future
